I arranged for Acorn Tree services having been let down by a previous local company. I needed an overhanging hawthorn and sycamore tree cut down in height and also all shrubs and plants from a neighbouring plot to be taken back by half a metre from our boundary. Acorn responded within minutes by email and I arranged for a visit suitable for me and two months later, they have done the job with extra care given to not to cause damage. I’ve had tree surgeons before and this company is so much more professional in their approach. I now have sunlight again in my garden. Would definitely use again.

Have used Acorn twice now. We have a very big area with a lot of big, mature trees. Needed to open up and remove dead branches and open up the canopy for more light. The guys who do the work are a total pleasure to have on your property - knowledgeable, skilled, polite and they clean up afterwards. Very happy. Have now booked them back to remove an ash tree that is dying. Super-pleased with 2 days' hard work and can highly recommend!

They quoted my elderly father for hedge cutting 5 weeks ago and never confirmed a date for when they'd do it, leaving him hanging for weeks and having to chase them up. When they eventually contacted him today, (after I cut it for him yesterday) they complained at him for not telling them...
